Superkombat signs multi-fight tv deal with CBS Sports Network
Press Release - For Immediate ReleaseBucharest, Romania (December 14, 2016) - Superkombat Fighting Championship announced today that CBS Sports Network will air six events throughout the 2017 season from Europe’s largest martial arts series. Each event will include both international as American fighters and world title fights in different weight categories.
The Superkombat events will feature both kickboxing fights, as well as special fights based on MMA, making Superkombat an attraction for the fans of both disciplines.

Since 2011, Superkombat events were broadcast for a series of 50 live events in prime time at 9pm on Saturdays in the biggest Pan European sports network, with that deal creating a huge brand awareness in the field of martial arts television programming. During the last six years, Superkombat has had quite a few impressive rating records including the record of the month over all sports on the Pan European channel Eurosport International. Also, in 2016, Superkombat scored another record for the biggest outdoor attendance of 34.000 people for the world title at super cruiserweight division. Since 2011, Superkombat was recognized as the largest European largest martial arts television producer and in the subsequent years kept the position as the European biggest television coverage being broadcast globally in 95 countries from five continents.
